Ritzlite E-Store (the “Website”) is operated by Ritzlite Sdn Bhd (“us”, “we”, “our”). This Ritzlite E-store Policies describes the overall policies contains in Ritzlite E-Store. Customers should read the policies before creating an account and make a purchase from Ritzlite E-store. By creating an account and making an online purchase from Ritzlite E-store, you agree to all our policies.

2.5 Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these policies if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include (but are not limited to) fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.
(3) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A 50% penalty will be charged from your total bill if you cancel your order and request for refund. Do check your order before confirming and paying during check out. Please take note that once the order is shipped or delivered, additional charges may impose if you wish to cancel the order. The amount charged will varies according the amount of order and the delivery address. Please contact us for further assistance. (4) WARRANTY POLICY

You have 7 calendar days to deliver the item(s) from the date we approve your request for return of product(s) for warranty. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do send us the tracking number as well for the returning parcel. Please allow 3 weeks of working days for us to receive and process your item.
(5) RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You can request for an exchange of product upon receiving, provided that the product:
If we are of the view that the exchanged product does not fulfil the criteria, we may reject your request of the product, instead of offering an exchange. Should you need to exchange it for the same item, please write in to us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. (6) SHIPPING POLICY
6.1 Shipping of Orders (from us to you)
All delivery services are provided by our own delivery (for area within Klang Valley) and by third party service (for area outside Klang Valley). Currently we only provide delivery within Malaysia is available. For international purchase, you will need a Malaysia address when purchasing our products. If you do not have a Malaysian address, please contact us for further assistance regarding the shipping charges and more.
The delivery fees are based on the delivery of one Order to a single address within Malaysia. Promotional delivery fees may apply at our own discretion and may be withdrawn at any time before the Order is confirmed.
For existing stock, it will be delivered in 1-4 working days, else the lead time will be 8-12 weeks. The time slot for you to receive the stock will depends on the shipping address you entered upon checking out your order.
During peak, promotional or seasonal periods, please bear with us as there may be delays in shipping due to high volume or orders, transactions and stock availability issues.
You shall inform us of any delivery restrictions or difficulty in accessing your property when you place an Order, and ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building or residential management upon checking out the Order. If we are unable to deliver on the confirmed delivery address due to any difficulty in accessing your property, a re-attendance fee shall apply for the next delivery attempt. We are not oblige to complete the delivery of your Order prior to receiving payment of the re-attendance fee.
Our delivery service providers are not obliged to wait for you to grant our delivery service providers access to the property as they will have to fulfil other deliveries scheduled for the day. If they leave, any attempt at re-delivery shall be subject to a re-attendance fee.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (such as lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery date and time slot, provided we use our own delivery instead of third-party delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your package is delivered to third party delivery service, you may track the package by keying in the tracking number from third party delivery service website.
6.2 Shipping of Returns (from you to us)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item either for exchanging purpose or for warranty-claiming purpose. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the warranty claimed for the product.
If you are approved, then your product will be processed, and we will replace the product to you, within a certain amount of days (provided we have ex-stock); or else lead time will be 8-12 weeks.
